Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software or digital licenses
  • Consumables (cables, strings, drumsticks) once opened
  • Special-order or custom items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please see our Refund Policy for full refund terms.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
