SHIPPING POLICY

MPFreaks delivers across the United Arab Emirates.

Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Dubai: 1–2 business days
• Other UAE Emirates: 2–4 business days
• Back-order items: items shown as "Backorder" on the product page are sourced from the distributor and typically deliver within 5–7 business days

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders of AED 500 and above
• Standard shipping: AED 50 for orders below AED 500

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

Collection in Person
You may collect your order from our office at Detroit House, Office 904, Dubai Motor City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Please contact us on WhatsApp at +971 54 306 2633 to arrange collection. Collection is by appointment; we are not a walk-in retail store.
