Mackie EM 89 D Dynamic Microphone
Buy Mackie EM-89D EleMent Series ... Rugged, Tour-Worthy Construction, Dynamic Element Requires No Power Source, Balanced 3-Pin XLR Output, Includes XLR Cable, Mic Clip, and Pouch .... I've used/tested about a dozen microphones for my home office and this one is near the top. You don't even need a mic booster if using a decent pre-amp.
The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is significant handling noise. If you plan on hand holding the mic, I would recommend you look at other options. But, if you plan to have it mounted on a stand or boom arm, this is a great solution for so little $$.
