“To test the S2Vs a little further I decided to try to clear up some of this low end using the in-built DSP EQ facilities, which would hopefully lead to better translating work. “Bass is very fast, accurate and directed towards the listener. Music sounds extremely organic & lifelike with them. It's almost like the speakers have dissapeared, they have no special kinks or flaws - just pure in all aspects. Beautiful, extremely percise stereo imaging and depth.”

“Likely DSP was used to fully correct the response but we take it however it comes. Interestingly enough, the predicted in-room response is very good: So that in-room shelving may be correct on-axis. We still have a dip though around 200 to 500 Hz so bass performance will still be a bit light. That's it folks. The rest of the show is for people who want to dig really deep.
