Overall, the combination of the monitors and this sub gives me better sound than I had from the much larger speakers I used to have. Read More Show Less ... Long-time A7x user here, who finally just needed to hear the low end with more accuracy. This lovely little unit does the trick.

As the A7x's are rated 42Hz-50kHz, I keep the Sub8 set to a 50Hz crossover (it's lowest setting), and the gain set to -10dB with the A7x's at unity.
